The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office is the first contact for a local jail stay, actual release time, release type, booking record, or transfer destination. The official page identifies Sheriff Wayne Barton. No public office hours or fee schedule were located, so call before visiting and ask for the current records custodian, submission method, hours, and cost estimate.

A Campbell County case that moved into state custody belongs in TDOC records. FOIL is the first public search. The Jacksboro office appears in the TDOC field-office directory and handles appropriate community-supervision questions, while Records Management handles archived state release and discharge files. TDOC says archive charges may apply and are quoted after the search; do not prepay.
